horn on my 2004 v40

I purchased this estate about a month ago and i love it,, but i noticed when i got it home the horn didn't work, i was going to take it back to where i got it from but on the day i was going back the horn decided to work again,,,, but this morning its decided it was to much trouble and has stopped working again,,, has anyone else experienced this sort of problem, I'm looking for ideas as to what the cause may be :?

Likely just a loose wire / connection or maybe not well earthed to the bodywork.
