MVS Forums news - mobile theme installed
It has autodetect for mobile devices, so you don't have to do anything. I've done some testing with an iPhone, but surely there are some pieces that will need smoothing out. Please post back to this topic if you find one.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.
Also -> Amazon link. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

My IPhone makes me use TAPATALK as the app to use MVS. Are you making your own?

The theme I just installed is part of the MVS Web site, it's not an app. It's an option you may choose while using this site in a browser.
Tapatalk will continue to work, however I'm going to "sunset" MVS support for it on August 1, 2014. That gives everyone who has paid for it time to get their money's worth.
So to answer your question, I believe you can simply open Safari browser on your iPhone (or any mobile device) and go to the MVS forum: https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/
That should show you the mobile theme I just installed.
It's a lightweight way to use this forum. Desktop and laptop users can also use this fast-loading theme by clicking the Switch to mobile style link near the bottom of every MVS Forums page. Likewise, mobile users who have fast, new devices can use the regular MVS Forums theme by clicking the "Switch to full style" button at the bottom of the mobile theme.

Much better, works well on my older Android phone. Before it was tough browsing because it the site renders kinda slow, not great on my netbook either I might use the mobile site for it as well.

Thanks for the feedback, Matt. Those are exactly the devices I'm targeting with this.

My Droid 4 went straight to the mobile site today. Then it DID remember my user name and password for me. I did have to log in to post a reply.
The down side of the mobile site is that you loose all of the ads (down side for income). Other than that it's fine. As with anything that changes, it will take a few uses to figure what is where. If worked smoothly on my device.

Oh, I forgot to mention, the posts are timed about 6 hours later than actual post time. Maybe it is defaulting to the local European time zone.
A post I made at 9:53 last night was listed as being made at 4:53 this morning.

My times were off the first times I used it. But they're good now. Did you post ^ this at 6:54 MST today?

Went right to the site on my IPhone 4GS. The only thing I experienced was trying to search for a repair in the top search but keep coming up with topics as if you were searching the forum.

Yes, that is a forum-only search. I can put in a Google MVS search also. Something to ponder.
