An owner fixed his CEM error. The problem is severe, as the dash lights go out, the car goes into limp home mode, the turn signals stop working, the brakes are no longer powered, the windows do not go up or down, etc. After fruitless dealings with the dealer, under warrantee, Volvo gave up and the warrantee expired.
