I replaced the timing belt on my '96 850 a few months back (preventative maintenance), since it was a new-to-me car. It had 150k miles at the time. When I pulled it all apart, everything looked semi-brand new. I went ahead and replaced it all anyway - I was pretty disappointed at the good shape everything was in. But, now the like-new parts can be yours for just $50 shipped :-) PM me if you want more pictures.

Water pump (Hepu) bearing is still nice and tight. Still had a sticker on it, surprisingly enough ha.

Timing belt still has Continental markings - absolutely no cracking in between the teeth.

Tensioner (Aisin) is still strong

Idler pulley spins freely

If nobody wants this stuff, I suppose I will buy a cheap 850 that needs a timing belt change and throw it all in, or save it for my car in case of some strange failure..
