Price decreases on low beam bulbs, OBDII tool

If you keep things in your Amazon cart for years like I do, you'll see the prices go up and down over time. Here's a couple of products, and their prices:

GE 9006NHP/BP2 Nighthawk PLATINUM Headlight Bulbs (Low Beam) has decreased from $19.99 to $15.99

Haven't used these, but I've been tracking the price. I think I'm going to bite on this one.

Autel MaxiScan MS300 CAN Diagnostic Scan Tool for OBDII Vehicles has decreased from $17.54 to $17.25

Not a huge price decrease, but hey, this thing is cheap. I've written about it here before. For $17 and change it's a steal.
