2006 S40 A/C Issues

I have searched the threads many times over and this seems to be a very common problem with Volvo. My apologies for a repetitive post but have not located the answer to my problem.

A/C went from an intermittent problem to a does not work at all.

I am able to jump the compressor from the relay and get it to engage. I know clutch issues are common but once power is fed to the compressor it engages normally. Jumping the low side does nothing but I have verified that it does have power.

When I pull the relay, 5 blade but only 4 are used, I have the 2 power sources and the feed for the compressor but I seem to be missing ground at the relay.

Any thoughts or ideas? What other info can I provide to help narrow things down?
