1997 960 Extreme heat affects systems operations.
When my 960 is left in the summer sun all day and builds extreme heat in the driving compartment, the power windows and turn signals do not operate until the cabin temperature is reduced. Could this be certain relays or control boards located in the cabin? Anyone else experienced this problem? (By the way, a windshield reflector screen is utilized. It is called Hot'lanta for a reason!)
I would venture to guess that because this is affecting both window and turns, that the ignition switch maybe the culprit. Not sure how to diagnose that part though.
