1990 240 DL Vibration at 25 mph

I have a a 240 DL that vibrates at 25 mph during both acceleration and deceleration when I have a load in the trunk. I don't notice it when I am in the car without a heavy load in the trunk. Is it the U-Joints or something else?

Well does anyone have a suggestion other than don't buy a Volvo?
