S60 (2004) Stereo Options

Post by CamZH »

Hi All,
Looking for thoughts on a stereo replacement for my S60.
Its currently got the HU-803, which works fine, but I'm after something that is a bit more media friendly and I'm used to a sub.

I'm thinking about getting an integrated GPS touch screen type of thing.
There seems there is a massive range in this market, from the high end Pioneer units, which are more than i want to spend, right down to the more custom no name units like this:

The one in the link seems like its a bit too good to be true, its the right size to fit, and will (claims) to integrate with the steering controls.

Has anyone had any experience with these units? (seems there is heaps of them)
Or just some general advise is fine too.

They certainly look good.

There's also an Android version so you can download apps such as Torque.

If they're anything like other Chinese audio I've bought I know the quality will be poor and screen life will be low ....just seems like a lot of money
