06 XC90 V8 AWD, 105k miles, 12,000 USD Dallas TX

FOR SALE:
2006 Volvo XC90 SUV - 4.4L 312HP V8, AWD with 7 passenger seating (3 rows of seats), white with grey leather interior - literately, this is my family's "nanny car", used by grandma and our nanny to transport our children to school and activities. The longest drive it has ever had was from Ohio to Texas, 4 yrs ago....

The Facts:
• 1 non-smoking family owner, (I have transported my dogs in the cargo bay from time-to-time, so it does come with the Volvo pet barrier installed)
• 104.5k (+/-) miles, no accidents (did have to replace the rear hatch widow due to hail and there is a 2" dent in the driver side front fender above the wheel well from a softball)
• Over the years I have had to replace various light blubs, hood and rear hatch arms, the infamous driver seat plastic panel for the power switches, tires, brakes, etc
• Sticker price of +$50k new
• Oil changed every 7k miles since new, using only synthetic oil, washed weekly & detailed quarterly
• June 2013 – new tires, new brakes and rotors, 100K mile maintenance performed (records available)

It has served us well for 7 yrs - but now have 4 other cars and the SO says one has to go - would be nice to see it go to an enthusiast that would value a well maintained, but still very capable, vehicle
