2003 s80 t6 Exec lights stay on when car is switched off

Hi all, I have a strange one with my Volvo s80:

As you'll know, a volvo's lights are always on while driving when the switch is in the on position and the lights switch off when you turn off the ignition.
My car however started to keep the position lights, side lights and front led lights on. Even when the car is turned off and locked. It does switch of the Xenon lights however.
At first I though it was the light switch, so I replaced it. I came to this conclusion as when I disconnected the switch, the lights went out in the off position and work again while driving. However, with the replacement switch the same problem occurs.

My Volvo dealer charges almost €100 an hour and I'd like to safe myself a hefty bill by resolving this myself. Is this maybe a relay problem perhaps? If so, what relay should I look at?

Any help is most appreciated.

Check the Low Beam relay in the Central Electric Module. It may be sticking.

I've changed the relay, but the problem remains.
As I also have serious condensation on my lenses I guess I just let the dealer sort it out.
