front end swap

Group,

My daughter hit a deer. I need a hood and a grille for her 89 740 sedan which has the four headlamps. I can acquire a parts car very cheap, but the catch is the parts car is an 89 740 turbo with the two large headlights and inner fog lights and appears the grille is different. Would the hood work? Would the Grille work? Can I swap the whole front end to the euro style from the conventional four headlamps? Can I just change the headlights, hood and grille?

I found out that the 89 740 parts car is an early 90 version...the reason for the different front end. Won't work!
