Victor Rocha ABS Repair Service

I had problems with my ABS/TRACs lights on so I sent my unit with $$$ to Victor Rocha. He returned it and It still did not work properly. After cleaning and testing all sensors and circuits, and following Victors troubleshooting instructions, I returned to unit to him at his suggestion. He said he would recheck the unit. That was on August 1st 2013. He does not respond to emails (5 or 6) or my certified letters. I fear I am suffering the same fate as another of your subscribers suffered last year (Dan McLaughlin, Oct 26, 2012). I plan to seek a resolution through the Better Business Bureau and the California Consumer Protection agency. In the meantime I don't think he should be recommended on this web service.

That is unusual. Historically he has been a pretty good re-builder although most of the folks around here either fix it themselves or send it to Midwest ABS. The service level at Midwest is second to none.

I experienced A-1 service with Rocha.
I don't think it's reasonable to splash the
rep of a business based on 1 or 2 issues.

Stuff happens - Get facts.
You'd better have solid footing
before you walk down that road...

I got my ABS unit repaired by him several years ago. No problems.

Maybe he's in poor health or something. That's pure speculation.

Same here. I had the ABS module of my old 850 repaired by him several years ago and his service was first rate.

I have sent many many units to Victor for more than the last 5 years. Never experienced a problem. No come backs yet either.
I work at a small shop in Tacoma, Wa that only does Volvos.

I also used MIDWEST. Still no problems:)
