'99 S80 T6 First few mins. herky-jerky

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

'99 S80 T6 First few mins. herky-jerky

The car starts like new. And after a few minutes to get to operating temp it runs like new. But in between it doesn't like to accelerate. I don't mean pedal to metal, just normal from stop signs. (I have about 5 stops from home before I get to the highway). Once the car/engine has warmed up, it seems fine for the day, as long as it retains some heat in the cooling system.

In the past week: New plugs, 2 new coils, cleaned throttle body, cleaned MAF, new air filter, replaced small vacuum hoses, clamps. No codes displayed or stored.

Did you check the two short vacuum hoses that go to each of the turbo wastegate actuators? Might be worth logging coolant temp in OBD to see if it lines up with reality. You could also log the fuel bank status' and see if one switches to closed loop before the other.
