1987 760turbo won't start in winter

I bought this car few months ago, untill winter came and the car won't start only at the mechanic shop after battery booster, won't start with jump start from another car.
it will crank but not start, guess battery is good then

The idle used and still to surge, recently the idlw start at 1500 rpm and stay around there. this was not in the past ( around 800 and erratic, wants to die on idle).
If I would just replace three parts from the junk yard, what would be the most usual suspects,
: fuel pressure regulator,
cold start valve, thermo time swich, or throttle swich or some inline fuse or relay?
please help

Usually when cold starting is the problem I would check the start injector; thermal timer and the auxiliary air valve. Your problem is onfounded by the erratic idling which could be incorrect control pressure.

Suggest that you start by checking the start injector and thermal timer rather than just replacing them.
