2008 S80 V8 Cranks but no start

2008 S80 V8 Cranks but no start

I have a 2008 Volvo S80 V8 with a no start problem. The car cranks but no start.
Battery is New and fully charged. Sometimes the check engine light blinks when cranking.
No fault codes. The car has spark. I checked for fuel pressure but no pressure in the rail. Can I check the fuel pump relay or the pump itself? I cant find the pump under the rear seat like the older S80.
