My CD/Radio and my lighter are out. Is this a fuse problem? Suggestions!

Yes, very likely. There are two fuse boxes/panels in your car, check #13 and #15. These can be a bit difficult to remove, use small needle nose pliers or there is a plastic fuse removal tool inside the panel.
