Ok I need help I am working on a 2005 s80
I Replaced the fuel pump with Volvo oem
I replaced the fuel pressure sensor
I replaced the pem
and I still have a p0193 and p0083
HELP!!!!!!

You haven't replaced the PEM (also called fuel pump control module).
PEM controls current to fuel pump based on signal from ECM. Pins in connector can corrode and the unit can fail.
Finned flat thing that is on the RH forward side of the fuel tank on your car. It could have been moved as there was a bulletin to relocate it if connector corroded. It would be in spare tire well if repaired previously (doubt it has been repaired before).
