Sounds like a loud fuel pump but it doesn't start humming until after engine is running. Power steering level is up and the noise is not affected by turning the wheel. The noise seems to be coming from the transmission area and does not change in pitch from the moment the car starts until it is shut down. It is loud enough to hear from inside while sitting at a stop but road noise drowns in out as soon as the car starts picking up speed. It is sopping wet outside hear so I just don't feel like crawling up under it and doing some investigating.
If somebody experienced with this model could throw me a few suggestions I would be much obliged.
Thanks,
-Jacob

I am not an expert mechanic, but I will attempt any repair. Worst case scenario is I screw it up worse than it was.
