1993 940 No fuel getting to the injectors.
1993 940 No fuel getting to the injectors.
I'm a first time user, just registered. My 940 will not start as no fuel is getting to the injectors. There's fuel pressure at the gas supply manifold leading to the injectors. Appears the injectors are not opening. I have replaced the fuel injector relay and the fuel pump runs when ignition is turned on. Any suggestions?

Start by unplugging and spraying the crank sensor lead with WD-40 or equivalent and then trying it.
Crank sensor lead comes from below and behind cyoinder head and goes to the connector on harness along bulkhead behind engine.
If no fix then next is to go under driver's side (LH) above brake pedal and disconnect the ignition control module and do the same spray treatment.
Next is fuel injection control module connector on RH side behind the panel immediately in front of door opening under dash.
Which fuel system? Bosch or Bendix? Bendix uses the ignition coil that looks like transformer mounted on aluminum base on LH fender.
