Thanks all...my indie said the same thing to me. When I flushed it with distilled water, it likely left enough water in to throw the mix off. With it being so cold I can't work on it...she's all thawed and I am $100 dollars poorer.

Be very careful when choosing coolant.
Look at the specific weight of coolant in the container. For example pure coolant has over 1000g of ethylene glycol per litre (in the U.S, Liberia and Burma where the older measurements are used this may be stated as 16 oz per quart)
In this case mix the coolant with distilled water at 50/50 concentration.
If the ethylene glycol is less than stated above you're using a pre-mix coolant which in most cases is mixed incorrectly for Volvos.
Some pre-mixed coolants are arranged at 50/50 which would be around 500g or 8oz of ethylene glycol per litre/quart.
