Hi,
I have a 2003 S40 that I need to sell fairly quickly, hopefully. The car has 206904 miles, the engine has about half that. It needs either transmission work or a new transmission. The engine runs well but does leak oil. Tires have some life still in them. Paint is not perfect but no major dings or dents. Any suggestions? And other than this site, craigs list and ebay, any other suggestions on a free site to list?

Given the transmission and the engine leak I would try around 5-$700

We have a transmission if anyone ends up buying it
We paid $400 salvage for a 2002 that had a bad head. We also paid the same money for one with a burned up wiring harness. You could always put a transmission in the car and likely get a few more years out of it. What is the oil leak? These love to eat turbo drain seals which is a very inexpensive repair. I'd hate to see you cheap sell this thing when it doesn't really have many problems.
Let me know!
