S60-T5-2001 CODES P0810 & P1618

Could some one who has had the above problem codes advise me what needs to be done:
some one with OBDII reader pulled the above codes:
P0810-clutch position control error
P1618-glow plug + heater relay circuit short to B+
(ffmi relay)

Kindly urgently advise what needs to be done.
