2002 V70T5 Disconected battery powerwindow relay in passenge

Hey Guys...been a while...
I jut purchased a 2002 V70T5 With 140,000 miles...
While doing some work on the driver power seat and replacing some bulbs in the climate control panel....I have created some issues. After working on the seat...I cranked the car and now the service airbag light is on....so went back and made sure I hadn't dislodged any of the wiring under the seat. I disconnected the battery took the seat out and checked everything carefully...all looks good...when I hooked the batter back up...now the relay in the passengers drivers window/lock module is going crazy and the window nor lock will work. Also now getting some strange shifting from the tranny which I hope is just from the batter being disconnected.
Help!!!!
From just checking the rear seat tilt motor...I now have all sorts of issues...the interior lights aren't functioning properly either...

OK...Evidently I messed up...I found that if you disconnect the Climat control unit without disconnecting the batter it throws the SRS light on!!! And requires a trip to the dealer to get that turned off. Also that you should have the key in II position when you reconnect the battery...not sure this will reset the computers for the window and locks...or if it will reset the shifting??? Any thoughts.
