1997 V90 factory roof rack removal

okay so I just bought a volvo v90. It is white with white roof rails on the top and I can't seem to find how to remove them? Also do you think the steel roof racks from the 240 will fit on it? I really like the steel look on too as oppose to the matching white ones THANKYOU

remove the three screw covers on each roof rail, then use a T25 Torx to remove the screws, you will need new weather strips to replace old ones, otherwise you will have gaps. The weatherstrips on the wagons without the roof racks are one solid piece from the windsheild wiper cowl to the back, once you remove the roof racks you will have three pieces of the strips with spaces where the rack feet were.
