2006 XC90 Transmission Dipstick

is the item in the circle (yellow) the dipstick? I tried to pull up on it pretty hard and it doesn't budge. I don't won't to pull so hard that i break it if it's not the dipstick.

2006, XC90 2.5.

No that's a transmission breather port.

Look directly under the lower radiator hose, closer to the radiator under a loom.
