Hamilton Ontario (Surrounding Areas) Assistance Please

Well here goes,

I want to do a head swap.
Ive got a valve problem and i will need to switch cylinder heads and therefore going to switch heads and do a gasket set change (and timing belt while im in there)

Im not very comfortable doing the repair(s) myself so would love someone to give a helping hand and help me get my 1999 V70 XC back on the road.

This car is a beast in the winter I absolutely loved it.
Hoping to start work this spring.

Im somewhat mechanically inclined (bearings, brakes, trouble shooting etc...)
When it comes to ripping an engine apart...not so much as i would like it all to go back together lol.

Im pretty sire it is a broken valve spring or a burnt exhaust valve.

Zero Compression wet and Dry,
p0301

Not the coils, Not the injectors, not pistons (as i did a wet compression test aswell)

If anyone lives in the area and wants to help out a 30 yr old single dad please let me know.
