2002 V70 tired rear door locks

2002 V70 tired rear door locks

Both rear door locks at times (separately often) will not want to unlock from the master control or the remote. Eventually they will do so. There is a good mechanical sound of the locks working when all is good but a weak sound when not. Is this a DIY repair or a dealer VADIS item?
