Junkyard road trip FL to CA on I-10

This summer I will take a road trip from FL to Los Angeles, CA for a friend's wedding. I plan to take I-10 pretty much the whole way, and I have a week to make the trip. If you live anywhere along this route and you know of cool junkyards reasonably close to I-10, please post them here. I love exploring junkyards and finding rare bits for myself and my friends. Don't restrict your feedback to junkyards with Volvos; I also have Hondas and British marques in my fleet.

I started this thread 3 months ago, and not a single reply? Does no one here know of any cool u-pull yards anywhere along the southern half of the USA?

To update my plans, I am traveling westbound along I-20 & I-40 to Las Vegas, then returning to FL via I-10. Leaving next week. I hope someone can share some junkyard locations with me.

There are a few junkyards in Phoenix. Several in LA county, CA.
