Clunk/pop noise when depressing/letting up on brake pedal

OK, so I fixed the problem. I finally got around to checking out the front brakes and noted that the pads and rotors could stand to be replaced. I pulled off one caliper and replaced the rotor and pads without a problem. Got to the driver's side and... not so easy this time. Yep--frozen caliper. Get out the crowbar. After replacing the caliper, pads, and rotor, the problem is gone. I guess the popping noise was the caliper clunking back into an open position occasionally, or something like that. The important thing is it's gone. Thanks, MVS.
