2011 XC60 Wheel Vibration

I purchased a set of 18X8.5 Voxx MAGILA GB 73.1 rims and am experiencing vibrations in both the front and rear of the vehicle at speeds 60-65. I had: the balancing checked at two different shops and both stated the center rings were the problems. I contacted both the distributor/supplier and Voxx directly…
Can someone offer a "fix?"

Do the wheels have the correct center bore that fits precisely on the hub pilot on the car?
If not then they make wheel locator rings.

If this is the problem the wheel will have radial runout that can be seen with wheels off ground on lift and wheels spun and checked.

Tires can cause this if they have issues. Road force balancer will check for tire issues.

Thanks for the comment jimmy57; I'll look into who will be able to provide a "Road force balance" (as mentioned in your comment) in my area.
