Rebuilt power steering pump as well as a fluid flush and fill 10/15/2012

Replaced MAP sensor 11/2012

replaced Fan control relay and MAF senor from a donor car 2/2013

2/16/2013 - pulled spark plugs and cleaned them up. Found quite a bit of carbon build up; most likely due to running with the Front O2 sensor unplugged fr 8 months and the MAF sensor unfunctional for a little while. Found large amounts of oil on the plugs of Cylinders 1 and 5. After cleaning up, my ETS an check engine lights turned off and haven't returned yet.

3/1/2013 - Installed IPD tailgate repair kit. So nice to have all the interior rattles silenced! Now to do the spring seats to get rid of the rest of the clunks.

3/16/2013 - Installed the Spring seats finally in my car. I ordered these last year, but never quite found the time to get them installed.

Checked health of Tie Rods, Sway Bar, etc. Looks like I've got some engine mount work in my near future.

changed oil and filter at 183,000 with 0-30 high mileage Mobile 1 full synthetic in hopes of getting slightly better mileage. I also swapped out the Volvo platinum spark plugs for Bosch Copper + gapped at .28.

9/16/2013 - Replaced front O2 sensor with one from salvage yard from another 99 V70XC donor. It looked to be in pretty good shape, but only time will tell if it's working. Changing it out wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

11/23 - Replaced rear disc brake pads at 187,000 miles. Passenger rear wheel was down to brake pad liner. Removed Rotors on both sides and had them resurfaced at O'Reilly autoparts. Inspected rear shocks and they will need to be replaced soon as the boots are torn and seem to be factory installed set.

12/1 - Replaced Driver door lock actuator after my 18 year old daughter tried slamming the door shut about 5 times in a row to get it to stay closed. Eventually she took a sticky actuator and turned it into a broken one.

While I was at the boneyard I picked up the passenger side one as well since it wasn't acutally locking the door anymore anyway.

As a bonus I pulled the prop shaft for the AWD system from a 1999 S70 to put on my V70XC. I was happy to find a manufacture date of 2009 on it so hopefully it will be in good shape. Will just need to wait till next weekend to get it installed. Was hoping to do it today before the 6 inches of snow we are predicted for on Tuesday.... but alas the best laid plans.... and all that.

Replaced all 4 tires. Was informed needed to replace both ball joints and have a leaky valve cover gasket.

Oil change with 0/30 Mobile 1 Fuel Economy full synthetic.
replaced the gasket on the oil cap, hopefully this will eliminate the oil on top of the engine.
Drained both Bevel Gear and rear transaxle cases and refilled with Lucas Oil 75/90 Gear oil.
Installed Propshaft that I pulled from a salvage yard last fall... Yeah, I wait till winter is over to get the AWD working.

Took it for a spin and couldn't get the tires to break loose so I know the AWD is working, however I am hearing a hum. Makes me think the center carrier from the salvage shaft may be bad.
