2003 V70 Fuel Pump Replacement

Hello,

I am new to forum and am searching for tips on replacing my fuel pump. Car is a ULEV V70, steel tank, integrated fuel pump. Garage states that the entire tank must be replaced, filter is offset and not accessible. Is there a tutorial on removing the fuel pump? Vin YV1SW61T532328598
