1991 240 DL Codes and Stalling

I have had several things repaired on my car recently and it's having issues still. I purchased the car 2 months ago so my knowledge is very limited. The reason I took it to the shop was for really bad bad gas mileage and a gas smell from the exhaust. It seems like a new O2 sensor fixed that, or at least to some degree because I'm getting double the mileage. So far I have replace the Throttle Position Switch, Temp sensors, cleaned Flame trap, and also a new Oxygen sensor and new fuel pump relay. Now, this is my problem. I will be driving the car and at odd moments (in a drive thru line or pulling out of a parking space) it stalls out. It starts right back up just fine. Some days I will drive the car with no problems which isn't a lot, but some days it will stall several times. It never stalls while I'm going at a decent rate of speed, it seems to be only when I slow down or when I am stopped and then beginning to drive again. Ok..I check for codes because my check engine light has always been on since I purchased it and I thought maybe the light and the stalling could somehow be related and the codes I received were 123, 113, and 221. Any suggestions would be great. This is my dream car and it's becoming a nightmare (don't tell my husband I admitted that please).
