Catalytic Converter (non-CA) 01-04 V70 XC70

I bought a CAT for my 02 V70XC not knowing it was a California Emissions car (I'm in Pittsburgh, PA).
It's been several months since I bought, and I don't want to pay the restock fee and shipping.
Any offers, or questions, please let me know..

Did you buy a Volvo cat with pipe or a Magnaflow weld in Cat? What exactly do you have? any pics?
