2001 v40 How to remove brake check valve line

Hey guys new to the forums but have been using all the info here to maintain my v40 for a couple years. I recently had it in to service for the brakes and now I have the parts but cannot remove the brake check valve line from the throttle part that the copper goes into. I see a ring of plastic around the copper but cant figure out how to remove it.

9146615 that is the part number of what im trying to get out
