although if they claim it was dealer serviced, I think you can take the VIN to a dealer and they can check it out for you.

For some odd reason, most dealers will NOT give you service history. I think it's because they want you to bring the car to them for a full service check, then give you a laundry list of stuff the car needs.

I bought one Volvo from a dealer and they included all the history, three binders of it, but this was sold off the back of their lot as is where is and how is I have put 80000km into it and only had to replace the power steering pump so far
