2005 2.5T FWD amperage of my alternator?

How do I determine the amperage of my alternator? I need to replace it and there is coming up
a 120, 140, and 160 amp.

Replacing because of bad bearing(s), makes a lot of noise.

Isn't there a label somewhere on the alt that shows amperage? My Haines book shows like you said.

I put a 160A in '01 V70 2.5 years ago, car is still on the road.
