Installed one of the sensors yesterday. I did NOT know that these sensors were made in the USA??? Will try to get mine installed today.

Installed the o2 sensor a few days ago. Everything went smooth and it fit great, as expected. When I installed it I reset the ECU by zip tieing the battery cable post together.

No code has returned yet but my gas mileage is the same. I was hoping to seea little improvement but none at all.

II'll post back if anything special happens.

So was the car throwing an O2 sensor code, or did you just decide it was time for a new one?

I may be replacing one soon that is very old, even though it is not throwing any codes.

Any video close-up of the sensor itself, showing the little numbers and codes stamped on it? That would be useful for people to see what a genuine Bosch sensor looks like.

It was throwing the code every 100 miles or so.

No super close ups of the numbers, to small for me to see, over the hill now.

I think you should wait for "driving cycle" to complete.

You reset ecu & fuel trim by removing battery cables,so it will take some time for them to be set again.

I drive a lot of trips during the day, some highway and many short trips around town. My system is actually already "READY". I guess the drive cycle is complete but I guess I'll know for sure within 1,000 miles.
