Over the last month, the left front side has developed a single 'click' noise when turning while moving. There are no other noise while driving straight, going over bumps, etc. It happens when turning. I tried spinning the top nut/washer on each strut. The passenger side (right) is nice and tight. The left side I can rotate a few degrees with a solid 'click'. It's not spinning, but just has a bit of movement with friction.
I replaced my struts, spring seats and upper strut mounts about 50k miles ago. The latter two are Volvo OEM.
What is failing and needs to be replaced? It does not sound like a spring seat failure, but I'm no expert.
Thanks.

Shouldn't be able to move it. Did you replace with the "improved" part? I think they are now using the XC90 mounts for this. Original part is weak.
