04 XC70 Rear shocks

Looking to replace the rear shocks on my 04 XC70 and noticed there are two different part numbers listed in both OEM Volvo and Sachs:

Volvo: 30760056 & 30760055
Sachs: 311-752 & 311-753

Does anyone know what the differences are? Neither specify left and right. Thanks!
