1994 850 Phenolic Intake Spacer

Post by shaker_chi »

This past weekend while I was swapping out my alternator I did a needed PCV job as well. I installed a phenolic intake spacer I picked up on ebay a few months back. Tonight I put my laser on the intake of my 94 850 n/a and on my 98 S70 T5 and as I went across the temps on the 850 were about 10 degrees less than the temps on the T5. I'm not sure if the N/A engine runs cooler than the turbo, but just wanted to throw it out there for what its worth. Unfortunately, I should have checked the temps before the swap, that would have given me the most accurate results.
