99 S80 Just a P0013 code

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

99 S80 Just a P0013 code

Post by Mazwords »

Hello all
I did a timing belt replacement on my 99 s80 and i had 2 codes come up p0013 and p1332. The car ran fine so i drove it for a few thousand miles, but now i need to pass inspection. I thought i might be a timing issue since the code came up after the timing belt was replaced. I once again tried setting the timing right. It now only reads P0013. Since the P1332 is gone, does that mean the timing is right? I am trying to not just throw parts at my car.

Thank You

By check, do you mean remove clean and put back?

Started it today no CEL. I tried to make it run rough, slammed on the gas then hit the brakes to try to throw the code still won't come up. I am seriously confused. Could it be that its 70 degrees outside compared to the colder weather a few days before. I am going to try to pass inspection before replacing the cvvt solenoid.
