98 S70 Sway bar orientation

I have been doing some front end work and removed the front sub frame frame. Starting to put it back together and i am not 100% sure if the sway bar orientation is correct. Is a visual comparison to another S70 the way to do it??

Not sure what you are asking, but the sway bar ends point to the front of the car, and if you position the end links you will know which way is 'up'. If memory serves, then ends sit lower than the main part of the sway bar running between the mounting bushes.

Pointing the sway bar ends towards the front has two possible orientations - the correct orientation or flipped 180 degrees. Once i reinstalled my steering rack the orientation was easy to determine as it gives more clearance for tie rod ends and more clearance near the steering rack. I also looked at another S70 to be sure ! I saw a post a while back mentioning the orientation and to be careful.
