Is this the oil cooler line? Trying to ID this tube..

Hi all,

I heard a gushing air sound leaking out of this air tube driving into work this morning, the tube is filthy dirty and going to replace it as I think its the problem as everything else was pulled and cleaned out in the past year.

Anyone know the name of this part? Probably obvious, but need to go ask for it, or may just get a fat 1 1/2 in tube or so to just get home.

by the way the sound only emits when the car is moving not while idling.
