1994 850T OBD quit working

1994 850T wagon OBD not working. The blower motor quit working. I do have the flashing lights on the AC REC, they just keep flashing for about 20 seconds no pauses. I went under the hood to B1 placed the ignition switch to II press for a second no flashes back. The OBD had been working prior to today. Check engine light was on went to A2 press button once ignition switch still on II no flashing. Noticed that the positive terminal cable to the battery had a lot of corrosive on the terminal not the post. Cleaned both with baking soda/water did not remove the positive terminal cable from the post didn't want to lose the codes; no corrosive on the negative post or terminal. How do I get the OBD under the hood to start working? Thanks,

Usually when nothing works it is corrosion on the A/B box button contacts. If you pay attention you can take the button box apart and clean up the corrosion. Take it apart slowly or the spring will go flying.

After determining that the blower motor worked fine changed out the blower motor resistor AC works know both in auto and manual. In auto the fan stays on high constantly I'm still getting the codes for both of the cab temp sensors cleaned them up several times but no luck. The cab temp sensors are working intermittently will replace them then see what happens.
