2000 s80 jammed steering
I put shift solenoid kit in my tranny this weekend, went ok. But when putting it all back I lined my steering u joint up and it looked like it went back together but it's jammed some how. Is there something above that u joint that I've bent? Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks Kevin

Oh yea, also broke a transmission pan bolt I'm told I can drill it and get it out with an ease out. Has anyone had to do this? Thanks Kevin

You can probably go inside the car and look upwards above the pedals, there is a large rubber boot where the steering shaft passes, check it's well in place, also check the small bearing at the top of the boot.
