2000 s80 Antenna Ring not receiving power.

My 2000 s80 is doing the typical failed antenna ring symptoms. I was able to get it to crank by shorting to ground the starter relay pin #85 while turning the key and bypassing the immobilizer(of course it didn't start because the injectors wouldn't fire). I pulled the antenna ring and swapped it with the one in my xc90 and the xc fired up just fine with what I expected to be the faulty ring. I put the antenna ring of the xc in the s80 and nothing. Then I noticed something, the rings weren't glowing when I unlocked the s80. This leads me to believe that the antenna ring is not getting power. Anyone ever have this problem?
