...after 200000 miles should I even worry. Not enough to even effect amount between oil changes.(don't have to add any)

from under the left side when facing the engine. I've had the seals replaced within the last two years. I would hate to think the crankshaft seal is leaking again. its about the size of half dollar coin a day at the most.
