A few weeks back we had the entire PCV system out and thus the intake manifold and throttle body off. I personally put the tube back on the body. Today I was getting on the freeway and pounded the pedal and heard a pop and loss of power...saw that the hose popped off the TB.
Could this be a symptom of anything else...or most likely just didn't get the clamp on enough? I'm curious if there was excessive pressure from another system failure such a wastegate or something else I don't understand!

Put it back and make it tight, lots of pressure there at full chat. Mine kept blowing off the intercooler until I tightened it up more than I would have done otherwise.
